While servicing the humidifier on our furnace we realized that our water heater was leaking. Travor was able get a new water heater and replace it the same day with the help of another DALCO employee. We let the old water heater sit a week to drain before Travor came back to pick it up. Unfortunately there was a little bit of rusty water left in the old water heater that leaked out and stained the carpet on our basement steps. Travor ran down to Walgreens and picked up some carpet cleaner and cleaned our carpet.
