I have been using DALCO Heating and Air Conditioning for about 8 years now. I am a bit conflicted on how to rate their company. Once they arrive at my house, they do wonderful work! The employees are very professional and knowledgeable. They have never made a mistake with their work. However, It is hard for them to actually get out to my house. They often call and say they cannot make it that day, or will be late. Sometimes I have to wait multiple weeks for an appointment. The people on the phone are very nice and polite, but it is frustrating how hard it is to get them booked. I think they should hire more people, but I still use them for their excellent service!
