The servicemen from Action showed up on time and did the work that was asked, however, they did not complete the work (left off nail plates and the condensation line was running uphill instead of down; in addition - and this is a big one where we still don't know if we are going to pass inspection, they cut holes in my floor joists 2 inches instead of 10 away from the joist). I reached out directly to my contact at Action and he quickly sent down his top guy to remedy those things that could be addressed. I was pleased with the follow up, however, I am still concerned about passing inspection with holes in my joists that may compromise the flooring system.
