Monday, October 10, 2011 we had the opportunity to visit Dr Bello's office. It is located in the Resurrecion Medical Center.....next to Resurrection Hospital. It is easy to get to and you never have to worry about parking. My husband and I are almost 70 and our requirements are different then, say, someone in their 30s, 40s or 50s.

We have been with Dr.Bello almost 20 years and have relied on him to help maintain our healthy eyes. Our visit today was routine, an annual check-up. My husband and I both have cataracts so while we waited for Dr. Bello his nurse took the time to walk through cataract surgery and the options we have. Your questions are always answered so you leave your visit knowing your problem and how to solve it.

The best part of being a Dr. Bello patient is knowing that if you have a problem and no appointment, the staff will fit you into the schedule at a moments notice, Also, should you have a problem on the week-end, you call Dr. Bello, he will call you back and if need be, he will meet you at his office to take care of the problem. My husband has had to see Dr. Bello several times on a Saturday.

The staff is courteous efficient and professional. If you have a 2:00 pm appointment your eye exam starts then or shortly thereafter. After the technician has finished your exam you then meet up with Dr. Bello and the last part of the exam. He will then go over the results of the exams. You are finished in about 40 minutes.

Also, they have an optical staff should you need to buy glasses. All our glasses have been from the optical department. The prices are reasonable and, should you ever need adjustments, or you break your glasses, they are there to help you.

Dr. Bello is really a nice guy. He is easy to talk to and does his best to make your comfortable.
