This was my first time using Sunn Carpets & Interiors. We had carpets and wooden floors put in for around 3000 square feet. The best part was the way they moved the furniture. We didn't have to really do anything except unplug appliances. Everything else was done by them. It was unreal. They did a beautiful job. I can't speak highly enough of Jim and his staff. We had no communication problems whatsoever. They worked from when they got here to when it was dark. I don't think they even took a break. They were on time, professional, courteous, and thorough. From the time we walked into their display room to until they left, we were happy. Jim came and checked on the work three different times. The only complaint I would have, which was not their fault, is that the trucking company shipped to the wrong place. Jim was very apologetic. The trucking company even called to apologize and said it was their fault. My wife and I had used another place in the past that was much more expensive and did not do half the work that Sunn did. I highly recommend Sunn to anyone.
