My experience was totally different; like night and day from what I have read. Jim and Guaranteed Comfort did not treat me with any of the respect from what I am a custom to. He never returned calls when I had issues. He did not stand behind his work nor his equipment he sold. Let's be honest and tell the truth I had a unit with a warranty and Guaranteed still would charge me to repair it and I did not know for a long time, but Jim would still charge me and he knew it. I think it was very unprofessional, dishonest and greedy of him bottom line he just did not care. As a customer I trusted Guaranteed Comfort, but GC did not treat me or my family good at all. I would not refer this company to anyone I'm sorry it is the truth. I have no reason to share bad experience with no one. In the beginning a lot of respect for Guaranteed Comfort along Jim. But not anymore and I am not making this up. I will not rate GC one star. Good luck dealing with Guaranteed Comfort because I would not.
