Quality team of service people. Jim knows his stuff and will solve any heating or cooling problems you may have. He literally makes your problem his problem until it is solved. We recently upgraded our heating and cooling in our home and we now wish we did this years ago. We ended up installing a hybrid system over a year ago. The finished basement now is as warm as the upstairs in the winter, without us having to add space heaters for the first time. The house is cooler in the summer, and the A/C unit doesn't have to run all the time like our old one did. And our fuel bills have actually gone down.
