Dr Shobha Tandon has done an excellent job to bring State of the Art Eye Clinic to East Bay. The clinic is professionally managed, fully integrated to provide all the latest eye care treatments and glasses at the same location. Very accessible to public transportation and ample of parking space for Neo Vision customers. Dr Shobha Tandon herself is accomplished physician with all the expertise anybody would want in an Eye doctor. Only down side is that this being a solo practice, there is no backup available. Neo Vision does take many health and vision insurances.
