Capelli Plumbing were really good helping me out with some bathroom fixture installation. I bought two products that weren't going to work properly, and his employees went out to a supply place, picked out new ones that would work, and had it all installed before the guests I was expecting arrived. I appreciated that.

Unfortunately, he owes me a phone call regarding a complaint about the price I was charged for a half hour of work. I thought their service was great, but I do want to speak with him about that.
