I've worked with AOI for 6 1/2 years and really haven't had any complaints. All staff and installers are very friendly and professional with clients and end users. Pricing and quotes are always thoroughly looked at to provide the most reasonable and best pricing per project. Emails are sent or phone calls are made along with a fax to make the client aware that orders have arrived. The customer support from Todd Starner makes scheduling a breeze and is very accommodating to those with a not so flexible schedule.
