Frank came out on about two hours notice over the holidays. Was in and out quick. Was able to fix the problem without new parts but did suggest that I get a new tower in the water tank. He had the office order me one and showed me how to install it myself so he didn't need to come out and charge for a service call when it came in. Toilet is working well now. I couldn't be happier.
