I've done business with Cupertino Plumbing for a number of years. Most recently, I had some work done in April. Unfortunately, there was still an issue, however I wasn't able to follow-up with them until September. When I did finally contact them, they scheduled an appointment and came out to fix the problem. I am sure that they would have solved the issue sooner, had I called them more promptly. I've dealt with Carol in the office for many years, and have been very happy with her service. Also, all of the techs have provided good service.
