They explained everything to me so I felt comfortable, and the price was fair. A comparable company was cheaper but didn't offer the same quality level in terms of materials or knowledgability. The only minor drawback is that they went slightly over the established schedule by a few days, but they made accommodations to avoid inconveniencing me. Overall, I'm satisfied with job done - the technicians were very professional, and even cleaned up after they were done.
