I got into contact with CUPERTINO PLUMBING in order to get some work done around the house. While in communication with them on what I needed, I had them add a few extra items into the contract. However, when the guys came to install, they told me those extra items were things they didn't actually do. The problem was that they ignored things they were SUPPOSED to do, such as insulating all of the hot water line buried outside. Also, their drywall work was quoted for two days, but ended up taking eight days instead. Those workers would show up and stay for about three to four hours a day before leaving, and informing me they needed to go to another job site. Yet, when I spoke to the scheduler, I was told they were supposed to be at my drywall project all day. To make matters worse, they didn't really sequence their drywall work correctly. Instead of adding the scratch coat for my stucco wall early in the process, they waited until the last moment to do so before finishing. Because of this I now have cracks in my stucco wall. There was also a loose pebble in the pipe, which would rattle in the bathroom tubing when the water would turn on. So, I had to tell them to remove it. I did enjoy the workers who did the sodering, yet when I asked for a leak test, I was told they didn't do that. My main issue was that they weren't able to get the job done in a timely manner and all the issues that resulted from it.
