I recently hired CUPERTINO PLUMBING to install a new water heater for me. They were the first company that I felt comfortable with after talking to four or five different companies. I called around everywhere and I went for three days without hot water. It was terrible. CUPERTINO PLUMBING was quick to respond and the serviceman in their office named Angel came out right away. When he arrived he assessed everything and then told me what I needed to do. He could not believe that by the time someone helped me I already had the water heater disconnected and ready to take it out. There was no service charge like other companies charge you just to look at something. I do know that these other companies wanted at least eight hundred for the unit plus another thousand or more to come and install the thing. It is a "catch 22" thing. They get you for the service fee right off. Not CUPERTINO PLUMBING. They took the time to explain everything to me thoroughly and what the plan was. They had it up and running for me in no time. I could not believe how well it went. The installation went like clockwork. They were efficient and orderly. I am very happy with what they did for me and I would have no problem recommending them to other customers. Anyway, CUPERTINO PLUMBING has the best customer service that I have come across in a long long time, especially far better than the other four or five companies that I had called. I will definitely be using them again in the future!
