This was my first time CUPERTINO PLUMBING. The water line to my fridge sprung a leak and it was pumping out water underneath my house. I called the insurance company and they said they would send someone out. I called them back again and they told me it wasn't in the system. I waited. I finally had to shut the water off leaving me with no way to shower, cook or flush the toilet and called CUPERTINO PLUMBING. He told me that he was near my area and could make it out. Just as he was about ten minutes away the insurance company called and had someone else on their way as well and I finally said just to forget that and CUPERTINO PLUMBING
came in and looked at the issue. He had to go get parts to fix the problem which was fine and the whole process took about 45 minutes! He was very nice and polite and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate him for getting to me quickly! The cost was not much more than what the insurance was going to pay and I think that was great! This emergency situation turned out in my favor and I thank them so much for making me a priority!
