Usually a satisfied customer, but disappointed with the last call
I have been using CUPERTINO PLUMBING on and off for a couple of years now, and I have generally been satisfied with their service, which is why I return. The last call they came out on, however, was quite disappointing. I called to schedule an appointment and told them that my back flow device was leaking, so they sent a technician out to the house. After about an hour, the tech said he couldn't help me because it was a back flow device issue, and they didn't have the part to fix it, and he referred me to a back flow specialty company. So, I paid for the service call, and he went on his way. The problem I have with this is that I stated that I had a back flow issue, and if they can't repair back flow issues, I don't understand why they sent someone out to look at it anyway.
