The most recent job Cupertino Plumbing did for me was for a rental. We met them down there, and there was one aspect of it when they did something and it apparently caused a gush to come out in the other bathroom, but they cleaned it all up. After that, they determined they needed to do work under the building, and they came out within a day and accomplished that and completely resolved the problem. They are just smart plumbers. They're expensive, but they're smart. They aren't the first people I would call, but if it looks like it's complicated I'll call them.
