Jim Schalberg Auto Rental Solutions was easy to schedule appointments with. We got a collision protection product we use to sell to our customers in my business. The training process was inadequate for this product. We couldn't understand them and they were not knowledgeable of their systems. This was my first time using them, but I would give them another shot.
