I deal with Jim Schalberg Auto Rental Solutions a lot for claims when I have to file claims. With them it normally takes three, four or even five months to even get a check for repairs on the vehicle when it is damaged. I always call them, leave a lot of messages and don't hear from them until a week later. I have to constantly call and leave messages. I don't mind dealing with Jim Schalberg, but they can improve more if they answered the phone or returned customers' calls.
