Great people work at Jim Schalberg Auto Rental. But sometimes, as a customer, I feel like I don't know what is going on with my policy. It's a different kind of insurance than what we're all used to. There isn't an app or an online help site. There aren't any identification cards or a summary of coverage. But they are easy to reach and always give me the attention I need. I've been using Jim Schalberg Auto Rental for about five months and have had good experiences with Jan, David, Patty, Michael, and everyone else. They are all great.
