I have been working with Jim Schalberg and his associates for several years. I just wanted to take a moment and address those of you that are entertaining the thought that I can get more out of my business than what I am getting right now. By that; I am not just talking about profit, and the bottom line. As a car guy most of my life I could not believe how challenging the rental business could be. I started out with a few cars on my retail lot doing cash rentals. I started working with Jim and his staff. I found Jim to be the most knowledgeable man in that end of the business, and his name fits his mission statement, "Rental Car Solutions".

I have hit some very serious road blocks along the way and he had solutions that worked for me. I remember when, I was an affiliate of this other group and my employee started taking huge risks with my cash clients that led to several serious wrecks and my long term insurance carrier cut me mid contract. Jim kept me in business and found a carrier for me that was more than thirty dollars a car a month cheaper with better coverage and comprehensive coverage as well. This led me to trust him as he guided me into my new affiliate with published rates on the GSD's i.e.; Orbitz, Travelocity, Expedia, Priceline etc;.

In short I am recommending Jim and thanking him in a couple of paragraphs for his insights and his guidance over the years. I really feel that the most bang for the buck comes in solid solutions from his abilities' to provide not only great answers to complicated issues but his exceptional service as a consultant and integral component of a vast and complicated industry. I think it is true; its not what we know that moves us forward, but finding out what we don't know and building on that.
