Shawn came to our house and efficiently removed 2 active wasp nests and 1 active hornet nest that were located high up under the roof. That was 2 months ago, and we're still wasp/hornet-free. Shawn is very professional and knowledgeable, and we especially appreciate that he takes the time to explain what to watch for, such as wasp hovering behaviors and "shower head" nests. Also, when you make an appointment, he will show up during the time window you were given. In sum, we would highly recommend Creature Control for wasp removal.
