We've worked with Creature Control twice - once 3 years ago to retrieve a skunk who decided to live under our house during the polar vortex, and just now to remove a large yellow jacket nest in our foundation.

For the skunk removal - Chris was great, he tromped through 3-4 feet of snow to set the traps and came out every 3 days until we caught the skunk. He was very polite and answered all of my questions.

Shawn came out to treat for yellow jackets today. He was also very polite, super friendly and answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable about the process and the chemicals, and reassured me about the safety of their use around my pets.

In both cases, I had excellent service from both the dispatch office and the technicians themselves. Great company, and we'll continue to call them when needed.
