I have now contracted Creature Control on two (2) separate occasions this year. The first time was an issue with birds in our 2nd story air vents (April). The second time for a large (volleyball-size) bee hive in our basement (August).

Their team is very professional, courteous & most of all, effective. Even a follow-up issue was handled without issue. From the initial contact with their office through to the arrival of their technician, you were well informed on arrival timing, what work needed to be done and answering of all questions.

I would highly recommend Creature Control for your pest control needs. I couldn't be happier with Creature Control and thought their pricing was reasonable (and worth the money).
