After being referred by a friend (who was happy with Creature Control) I called them and they were out the next day. Shawn arrived on time, did a good job of explaining the "bug" issues and options to take control. We addressed spiders and moose baits today. He listened to my concerns and preformed his job quickly and neatly. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars, this was my first visit - check back to see if all critters get fully under control after my first quarterly check in.
PS - also like there are not any contracts to commit to for future service.
