Chris M. came to remove a bat in the house right away. Then he inspected to determine where we had bat vulnerabilities. We went ahead with the remediation plan and it went very well. He even came later that day, despite the heat and humidity of the late afternoon (tornadoes that same evening!) to look over the work and answer some questions.
