Since my first contact several years ago, the office staff at Creature Control has been professionally impressive, answering my questions and assigning a technician in a timely manner. The most recent technician, Rick, thoughtfully text the day before to arrange/confirm an appointment time to fit my schedule. He restocked the bait stations, answered questions, provided helpful advice regarding rodent/pest control, and a detailed invoice of services provided. Highly recommend Creature Control!
