We live out in the woods and have various critters at different times of the year. Signing on to Creature Control for regular servicing has finally given us a grasp on the situation. They're extremely professional and timely. They'll remind me ahead of an appointment, ring the bell on arrival to say hi if we're home, and will then complete their services even if we're not. I get the invoice immediately after by email and can pay online. Couldn't be easier. They're always responsive with special concerns or ad hoc services. Andrew has been our rep and it feels good to know there's always someone we can call for help!
