Devon came out on Friday. He said he didn’t have what he needed and would give us an estimate for the work we wanted done. He said he would spray for some bees as long as he was charging me the $119 service fee. We asked that he do something to address our immediate concerns with the birds and he screwed two pieces of tin into our siding. He said he’d get me an estimate by the end of the day. On Wednesday, I called and spoke to Michael, asking for the estimate which I received on Thursday. I again spoke to Michael who confirmed that the total price was $419 and that I had paid $200 for the same work in 2017. He said it must be a lot more work this time. It is the same work, hang four bird deterrents and putty two bird holes in the wood siding.
