We called on a weekend, the phone was answered immediately, and Andrew arrived promptly, providing expert help removing a very sick raccoon (probably distemper). He went above and beyond to do a thorough check for other wildlife under our deck. He was friendly, sympathetic to the animal, and informative and we are thankful for his help.
