We had Shawn at our house to remove a yellow jacket net under our deck. His first appointment he worked hard to locate the nest , he thought he took care of it. Two weeks later the yellow jackets were flying in and out from under our deck. We called Creature Control on a Saturday and on Monday Shawn was back at our home and was able to locate the nest and remove it. The office and Shawn were very professional and took care of our concerns. I won’t use anyone else other than Creature Control in Ann Arbor from now on.
