I would like to express my appreciation for John Vrielink. Thank you, John, for assisting me with the raccoon situation. You exemplify integrity and you have a determination to help solve the problem. I'm quite sure that you work long hours every day, because you have a heart to help the customer, no matter if you've already worked a full shift. You display a positive attitude, even in the difficult situations. You are an asset to Creature Control and to your customers. Heartfelt thanks for all that you helped me with.
