Chris came out to my house to identify what turned out to be very loud birds building a home in my exterior vents. He was courteous, very knowledgeable, able to identify several other areas where birds were beginning to infiltrate my home’s exterior and told me as much information as I wanted to know about the habits of these particular species of birds. I was given options and able to choose which issues to address. All work was completed during this 1 visit. I will not hesitate to contact this company again if I have other creature concerns. Seth, who was learning on-the-job, was very friendly and courteous as well.
