Joe came out and inspected our house for noises in the attic. Went in the attic and determined that we had mice. He installed some special treats for the mice and also inspected the rest of house. He recommended putting traps in the garage and around the house-safe for our dog. Also, within two weeks installed a cover/screen for our fireplace chimney and screens for the louvers on each side of our house to prevent critters from getting in. I thought the service was timely, done professionally and at a fair price. Very satisfied with the whole experience.
