Trevor was very professional. He gave us regular updates regarding his arrival time, to assist us in planning our day, which was much appreciated with two small children. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The invoices were very detailed regarding what needed to be done, and the potential cost. Our overall customer service experience was amazing.
