I found out that I have had squirrels coming in through many places, going into my walls and then into my ceiling. He showed me the damage and was very thorough about what would be needed and explained why it was needed. He advised what the cost would be. Their prices are extremely reasonable and I was quite surprised. Once you are given a quote, it DOES NOT expire, is what I was told.
