Operations manager, Chris Moore, came to our house, even earlier than our booked appointment, caught the squirrel in our house and assessed for entry points and advised us how to prevent further squirrel invasions. He was humane and knowledgeable correctly identifying the species of the squirrel and where to transport the squirrel to a congenial environment where it would no longer bother the neighborhood.
