Shawn from Creature Control was excellent in demeanor, knowledge, and professionalism. He was a joy to interact with, and clearly took pride in his work. It was easy to trust my home was getting the best possible protection. He even educated on insect patterns in order for us to come up with a plan moving forward. He showed care in regards to my children, dog, and myself during chemical application, and went out of his way to prevent my napping baby from waking. I highly recommend his service!
