Our experience with A & M RV Center was pretty good. Getting the RV was smooth and easy. They picked us up at the airport. They gave us a good orientation of the vehicle. It was nice and clean and in good working order. They explained everything about operating the vehicle and emptying the propane tanks. However, they did not tell us that when we went to the gas station to get propane, they would turn it off while filling it. When we got back to the campground, we didn't know why it wasn't working. We had to find someone else in the park who knew something about it, and could turn it back on for us. Also, they should have been more clear about how many showers we could take and for how long before we would have to refill the water tank. We thought they said it was 6 when it was actually 60. So every time we took showers, we were filling up the tank again. Overall, we had a 5 star experience. They just need communication to be a little better. We would recommend them.
