What a neat experience we had with A&M RV Center. I had reserved the RV a year ahead of time for our trip and everything went along perfectly. My sister, nieces, and I traveled all 3 highways in Alaska, and this company made sure the trip was a good one. The picked us up from the airport and took us straight to the RV where they began to instruct and prepare us to handle the vehicle. We've both ridden in motorhomes, but this would be the first time for us both driving one. They did a great job teaching us and preparing us for anything that could possibly happen. We felt safe, comfortable, and were on our way! There was just one hose in the septic connection that leaked when we tried to drain it, but we never smelled anything at all and, when we went back through, they absolutely took care of it. We were very pleased with them and had a great time. Everyone was so helpful - Katie in the office was fantastic! The ride was smooth and we didn't have any trouble at all. The deposit was returned to us in a week, week 1/2 tops, which I was quite impressed with. Overall, It was amazing and we highly recommend A&M RV Center - they will take care of ya!
