we recently rent a mid-sized RV from the center. The RV was almost new as model of 2016 during the pick up. Katie spent quite time to walk through it with lots of details to us (as first time renters). We met fuel leaking problem with the RV during the trip which was very annoying so i take off one star from road experience. We had no problem with communicating the repair with Katie through the calls and text message. It turned out the clamp was not installed from the manufacture completion and fix was very quick. It was a nasty issue but resolved in time.

The return of RV was very straightforward under 20 mins and we got the security deposit back!
