While traveling between Michigan an North Carolina on Sunday my water pump went out, Vaughn's 24 hour service phone number was a welcome surprise. Talked with the owners wife she explained briefly that they aren't allowed to pick up on the turnpike, but would be glad to fix it when the shop was open on Monday. The owner Dave called at 6 pm Sunday night to go over what I needed. Tanya in the office got the ball rolling and assisted me as I was stranded at the motel 6. They picked me up at the motel and brought me to their shop, they had me back on the road by 1230. I inspected the job and talked with the tech and was very pleased, great job done fair price with no problems. Great family business, thanks for all you did for me. Recommend for an honest and fair experience.
