My business has a contract with Vaughn's Auto Repair, so I work with them a lot and know them personally. Although the service this last time took a bit longer than expected, it was otherwise really good. They contacted me and let me know what was going to be done. I dropped my car off on a Friday and they had it ready by Monday, which was prompt for what needed to be done. They're good people.
