For someone who's been in the Customer Service Industry for well over 20+ some-odd years; trying to pursue a new career was a daunting and scary thing for me to do; and for someone who just turned 51 years young, I knew that it would be challenging. The US Truck Driving School has given me one of the most exhilarating experiences that I have ever had. From the time that I spoke to the representative (Doug Crane); the whole experience was laid back and wasn't like a salesman trying to get me into something that I didn't want. After enrolling; I found the in-class instructors to be the type of instructors that wouldn't let anyone fall behind. The instructors were experienced truck drivers and gave a lot of insight as to the ins and outs of being a good and safe truck driver. After completing the in-class portion of the course; teaching us how to drive the tracker/trailers was the job of the instructors who took pride in the profession that they've been in for many years, and enjoyed seeing us excel. I found that the yard instructors were patient and detailed with their teaching methods. In closing I really had fun, and would recommend USTDS to anyone who wanted to try something new in their life.
