Clutch day
What a crazy day, real relaxed for the students for the stress week’s to come. With still teaching the control of the rpms and speed to shift with in a few hours of training.

Day one:
He was very informational very in your face, seemed to have many years of Driving knowledge and techniques for the students. Myself I can not say I agree with his method of teaching, everyone has their own methods.
He did what he set out to do get ride of my bad habits of driving a tractor trailer.
As a Truck driver . I am a older adult so it could of been or difficult to respond to each other in the teaching process.

Day two
My my confidence was down from day one. Richard after a half of day of training Had my Confidence back and settled me down. Richard was a very informational, and good natured person. As a instructor he had full confidence and respect from all is student in the vehicle.

Day three and four
Real one word is all that is needed to describe her as a instructor. “AWESOME”
She settled me down with on a few minutes being a stressful man with some confidence to a Truck driver with confidence that I will be a professional Truck driver and graduate in fine fashion.

He was a very calm and relaxed instructor with just a few days under him so for the time I was instructed by him he will be a very qualified instructor in a shot time from now.

What a crew most I learned in three days in a life time of training.
Great fun and skills the best I have seen at the school.

He knowledge of the equipment, control of the the Tractor and trailer, knowledge was tremendous.
The advice he gave me after I passed my test for the OTR was inspirational, that I will keep for the rest of my truck driving career.
