The school & instructors were very patient, detailed and highly experienced. My instructor was very through in his instructions with me, as I had problems with some of the routine inspection checklist requirements. The training course, training routes, were very challenging, yet not as stressful as it could have been or as I anticipated them to be. I was fortunate to have Lou, as my instructor. Lou was clam, patient, and at times had a funny demeanor. However, it was always business first, attention to detail, and corrective action afterwards. If I didn’t get a task, or messed up on a routine inspection, or wasn’t shifting correctly. He would make me repeat it till I got it right. That’s above and beyond duty for me. I must confess, that I was apprehensive on taking this class, but it was a requirement for my job. Thank God for Lou- because I would have failed my course miserably without him. He saw and understood my weakness and made me work at them to my final completion and successes in passing the course. Thank you, Lou,- your one in a million.
