i got my Class B in one day with United States Truck Driving School Inc through a ten hour program that they offer. I wasn't really impressed with the instructor or the equipment we used to practice with. The instructor was on his phone a lot, and it was really annoying. He definitely could have been more attentive. The equipment was not good. It was outdated and could have definitely used an upgrade. The transmission on the truck was a 6-speed, and it didn't represent the kind of equipment you would drive on a typical Class B job. Typically, your talking a dump truck or double tandem with ten or thirteen gear transmission, and they just didn't have that. So, after I got my license, I basically just learned on the job. Also, I felt the school was dishonest about the earning potential. It was ridiculously overstated.
