New to Mpls. Called around for quotes for ring sizing and found that this lovely shop had the most reasonable quote...but the longest wait, maybe up to three wks due to so much work coming in. I brought my ring in and was told 7 to 14 days. Ok. To my complete shock and awe, I got an email 2 days later saying my ring was done. It is polished, shiny, perfectly sized, and breathtakingly beautiful. Stellar customer service. Friendly, smiling, warm. I will definitely return for other jewelry repair needs as well as custom designer pieces with loose gemstones I have. Thrilled to find a great local jeweler and happy to support a thriving small business within my community. Thank you!
