This customer's name is Kristin Modell. My team painted the entire interior of her house almost 6 months ago. Her & her husband were extremely happy with our workmanship. We jumped through a million hoops to make them happy during the process. She scheduled many different contractors to work inside the house as we were painting. However, the final result was a flawless paint job. They gladly paid my company.
Today, 6 months later, i received a picture of Kristin's finger pointing at a round wooden trim piece on the top of her handrail leading to the upstairs. She told me the paint was sticky. I'm not sure what that means. Next thing, i see this review alert come thru. All she had to do was call me. Again, this paint job was 6 months ago. Very bazaar!
I don't know if she is upset that i found out she was calling my foreman behind my back asking him if he would do additional painting for her. She wanted to get additional interior & exterior painting done at a cheaper rate by going behind my back. My foreman told her he NO.
